We do not offer refunds; however, you can view our returns and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All Jewels by Anuurag products are handcrafted by expert artisans and undergo rigorous and multiple quality checks before shipping.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

• Order was damaged in transit.
• Order was incorrect.

If the above exists, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of order. You may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging. You will be reimbursed according to the shipping amount on the slip provided to us (max. up to INR 100).

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance.

Note: Items bought in End of Year Sale are final. 

Note: Returns & Exchanges are not applicable on international orders.

APPROVAL

Once we receive the request, it is at the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return.
